Lauren Vitale joined the DanceWorks Chicago board in 2018, inspired by the organization’s commitment to developing the potential in dancers and choreographers for the greater advancement of the arts community. Native to the New England area, Lauren came to Chicago in 2012 to pursue her Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business where she graduated with a concentration in finance, accounting and entrepreneurship.

As a Vice President at the global mid-market focused investment bank, Lincoln International, Lauren applies deep industry insights to advise clients through impactful M&A transactions that accelerate the growth of their business. Lauren specializes in working with companies in the business services sector, especially with professional and human capital, commercial and industrial, and information services.

In addition to being a longtime dancer and pro-bono consultant to the Washington Ballet from 2011-2012, she has a passion for French and Italian wine and cuisine. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration, summa cum laude, from The George Washington University.
