Commissioned by North Carolina School of the Arts as a joint production between Hubbard Street 2 and the NCSA School of Dance, February, 2005. Funded in part through the Lucia Chase Fellowship at the North Carolina School of the Arts. 

Premiered by Hubbard Street 2 at the Joan W. and Irving B. Harris Theater for Music and Dance in Chicago, IL, on April 15, 2005.
