The work isn’t meant to be about one specific thing or idea, more so a reflection or representation of where I am in my life, how I’m feeling and a continual search for identity and purpose. Living in a tumultuous time, it’s hard to pin down thoughts and feelings as they are bouncing all over, forcing us to isolate, redirect, navigate, and make sense of it all. And yet we still have to find a way to live day to day. I wanted this work to be more about the process in creating it and holding onto those feelings, letting them evolve, live, and grow inside the work and movement. -Mark Caserta
