REBECCA NIZIOL, from Houston, TX, graduated from The High School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Houston. She then traveled to Vancouver, Canada, to study in the Arts Umbrella Graduate Program. She most recently trained at Lines Ballet School in San Francisco. Rebecca has had the pleasure of performing repertoire by Alonzo King, Bill T. Jones, and Nacho Duato. Rebecca is a founding member of DanceWorks Chicago, joining in January 2008 and is continuing to work with Gina Patterson in Voice Dance Company projects. She completed a residency in San Francisco fall of 2010, with Kunst-Stoff Arts as guest artist/resident choreographer. Rebecca is currently working with Chuthis on a production that will open this summer in New York City.
