ASHLEY RIVETTE, from Upper Marlboro, MD, began her ballet training in Stuttgart, Germany, where her family was stationed for eight years. Ashley graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BFA in Dance from Shenandoah University. While at SU she worked with choreographers Sidra Bell, Yoshito Sakuraba, Christian Von Howard, Ilana Goldman, and Tiffanie Carson to name a few. During their 2019 and 2020 seasons, she was an apprentice with Christopher K. Morgan & Artists. She has completed intensives and workshops by Perry Mansfield (Yin Yue Dance Company), BARE Dance Company, New York Dance Project, American Dance Festival, and CKM&A. Ashley is excited to deepen, explore, and share her love of dance in DWC’s SEASON 15. Ashley joined DanceWorks Chicago in November 2021.
