ADELINE K. ELSE, from Des Moines, IA, began pursuing the art of dance at the age of 3. They have trained with an abundance of renowned choreographers and mentors such as Terence Marling, Joseph A. Hernandez, Alysia S. Johnson, Braeden Barnes, Meredith Dincolo, Nancy Overturff, Liz Imperio, Nan Giordano, and Paige Cunningham. She has professionally worked with ESPN, Haven Entertainment, “Then A Cunning Voice” by Emily Johnson and COMMON Canvas. Throughout his career, they have performed with the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, COMMON’s “Chronicle”, Arizona Jazz Showcase, Movement Revolution Dance Crew, The Dance Center Columbia College Chicago, and Ballet Des Moines Contemporary Works. They strive to create community environments of artistry, authenticity, empathy, and benevolence. Adeline joined Danceworks Chicago in November 2021.
